We are hiring for the role of Practice Development Manager with a Dental Technology and Digital Dentistry brand.
The Practice Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and market expansion within the healthcare ecosystem. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales or business development within the medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries. They should possess excellent relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and a consultative approach to driving customer adoption and market growth.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Achievement of quarterly and annual regional sales targets
• Cover assigned region and drive growth and revenue through existing partners and develop new partnerships ( i.e : dental labs, dental societies, OEM partners and/or dental companies)
• Activity Planning and report for Sales on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, and action plans to drive Funnel management and achieve sales targets
• Establish a strong relationship with existing and new customers; maintain KOLs by establish good cooperation relationship, develop the speakers strategically in the region.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns independently
